Martin & Merritt is a neighborhood focused development that will tie together the burgeoning activity in Wedgewood Houston with the desirable residential streets to the south. By embracing the natural slope of site, Martin & Merritt will create a graceful transition between neighborhood areas while creating new neighborhood focused spaces, improved street scapes and WeHo’s first boutique neighborhood hotel.
From Hamilton Avenue to Merritt Avenue, Martin & Merritt will include 200+ housing units, 10% of which will be designated as affordable housing, an underground parking garage and a 126-room hotel that will be developed in partnership with Aparium Hotel Group. All structures will maintain a neighborhood scale, with lower building heights than the existing surrounding structures.
